Yes, we ship worldwide. To help you save on shipping, we offer combined shipping so that you can enjoy lower shipping rate per item when you ship multiple items together.
- How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in Malaysia can be shipped to any country by Priority Box and Express Box. Please refer to Shipping & Delivery to learn more about the shipping options. Shipping rates are available on the Checkout page.
- Can I track my package?
Yes. When your package is shipped, your order status will be updated with a unique tracking link. Simply click on that link and it will show your package's current location. You may check your order status by looking under your Order History page.
- What are your accepted payment methods?
We prefer PayPal. We also accept credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute via PayPal payment services. For domestic orders, we accept bank transfer payments too.
- Can I choose to pay using PayPal or credit card if I am buying from Malaysia?
Yes, all domestic and international orders can be paid using PayPal or credit card through PayPal.
